I bought a template but didn’t receive a download link.
First, check your spam or junk folder — the download email is sent automatically after payment. If you still can’t find it after a few minutes, email us at info@zelvinto.com with your order details and we’ll resend it straight away.
Do the templates work with Google Sheets as well as Excel?
Yes. All of our premium templates are compatible with both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. Simply upload the file to your Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.
Are the free calculators really free — no sign-up needed?
Absolutely. All of our online calculators are 100% free and run entirely in your browser. No account, no email address, no sign-up required. Just enter your numbers and get an instant answer.
Do you offer refunds on templates?
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and we’re unable to offer refunds. We encourage you to read the full product description before purchasing. If you have any questions about what a template includes, just ask us first!
